I’ve bahn mi-ning to tell you… February 4, 2010

…that Q.T. Vietnamese Sandwich is *officially* delicious. At the insistance of A.P., I stopped by this petite hole on in the wall during lunch, and picked up a #9 – Lemongrass Tofu Bahn Mi.

(lemongrass tofu not pictured)

I don’t say this lightly…O.M. effing G. Crunchy veggies & the perfect amount of sauce sitting atop the most substantial tofu I’ve ever tasted in a sandwich. I would challenge ANY meat eater to sample this and tell me it’s not filling.

Maybe this summer we can pick up food here and then walk over to Washington Square Park for a picnic. In the meantime, mosey on over to Q.T. ASAP! (and shoot me a message when you do! It’s only one block from my office…and on that note, what am I going to do when I stop working in Chinatown???)
